You can text or email us with any maintenance requests. In your request, please be as specific as possible about the issue and affected area. Photos are always helpful.
If you have an emergency maintenance issue please call our main number at (480) 210-6004 and press 3 for maintenance after hours. See below for examples of emergency maintenance events.
- Broken water lines
- Sewer back-up or flood
- Water emergencies
- Leaking roof
- Fire
- Gas leak or broken gas line
- Carbon monoxide detection
- Electrical issues
- No air conditioning in temperatures above 86 degrees
- Extended power outage that is not property-wide
- Person stuck in elevator
- Broken door or lock you cannot secure
