Terms and Conditions

All Culdesac Tempe applicants must be over the age of 18 and will be subject to our application approval process.

Referrals do not have an impact on the application approval process.

To submit a referral, you must have a signed lease with Culdesac Tempe. If lease ends prior to referral reward eligibility, the reward will be honored.

To be eligible for the reward, your referral must be submitted prior to the referred person submitting an application.

The referred person cannot already have a submitted application or lease at Culdesac Tempe.

If there are two referral forms submitted for one person, the referral form submitted first will be honored.

To receive the referral reward, the referred person must sign a lease at Culdesac Tempe and the lease must be valid for at least 30 days after their lease start date. The payment will be distributed after that date.

The referral program incentive and terms are subject to change at Culdesac's discretion. The incentive active at the time of submission will be honored.
