π³ Communal Grills Guidelines
Welcome to the Culdesac Tempe communal grilling area! Please adhere to the following rules and guidelines when using the grills:
Fire pit hours of operation: 6am - 10 pm Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Age Requirement: Users of the communal grills must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are not allowed to operate the grills without adult supervision.
- Clean Up After Every Use: It is essential to clean the grill thoroughly after each use. This includes scraping the grates, disposing of coals or ashes in the designated containers, and wiping down any food residue. Failure to clean up may result in the loss of grilling privileges.
- Supply Your Own Cooking Utensils: Please bring your own cooking utensils, including tongs, spatulas, and grill brushes. Shared utensils are not provided to maintain hygiene.
- First Come, First Served: The grills are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate of other residents and limit your use to a reasonable timeframe, especially during peak hours.
- No Pets: For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the grilling area. Please leave your furry friends at home while using the grills.
- Fire Safety: Ensure that the grill is used within the designated grilling area and away from any flammable materials. Keep a watchful eye on the grill at all times and never leave it unattended. Keep a fire extinguisher or bucket of sand nearby for safety purposes.
- Respectful Behavior: Maintain a respectful and peaceful atmosphere. Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is not allowed. Use respectful language and be considerate of other residents using the area.
- Cleanup and Trash: Please clean up after yourself and dispose of any trash or litter in the provided receptacles. If you notice any issues with the grilling area, such as broken equipment or safety concerns, report them to the management promptly.
- Alcohol and Smoking: Alcohol consumption is allowed in the grilling area for residents of legal drinking age; no glass containers. Please drink responsibly. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property to reduce the risk of fire and maintain air quality.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and fire safety equipment. In case of an emergency, call 911 immediately and inform on-site staff.
- Respect Community Hours: Be mindful of community quiet hours and restrictions on grill use during certain times to respect your neighbors' need for peace and quiet.
Failure to adhere to these rules and guidelines may result in the loss of privileges to use the communal grills. We encourage all residents to enjoy this communal amenity safely and respectfully. Thank you for being a responsible member of our community!
