Ordering takeout or groceries? Here's your delivery guide.

It is very important that you stay in communication with your delivery driver, as a courtesy to them as a service provider, but also to ensure that you intercept your delivery at the desired time and locaiton.

You are responsible for your own deliveries. Our team is not available between 9pm-6am to open the package room/food delivery door.

Food Delivery:

  1. Have the delivery driver deliver to the package room and place food delivery on the "food delivery pickup" table.
    1. Set delivery instructions:
      1. Deliver to package room and place on food delivery table.
  2. Self Retrieval
    1. Send Driver Message:
      1. "Hi! You can park in the parking lot for 30 mins. I will meet you by [convenient pick up spot near you]. Call me if you have any issues."
  3. If you're unavailable to receive the delivery, direct the deliverer to the Leasing Office during business hours.
    1. Note: The Leasing Team will hang onto your food until the end of the day.
  4. Enjoy!

Grocery Delivery/Perishable Food Delivery:

  1. Deliver to package room refrigerators
    1. Set delivery instructions:
      1. Deliver to package room and place in refrigerated lockers.
  2. Self Retrieval
    1. Set delivery message:
      1. "Hi! You can park in the parking lot for 30 mins. I will meet you by [convenient pick up spot near you]. Call me if you have any issues."
  3. Enjoy!
