🗄️ Package and Refrigerated Lockers

Food and refrigerated delivery questions? Click here!

Our package room is powered by Luxer One. The package locker room is located on the ground floor of the Market building. Any packages ordered, both large and small, are delivered to the lockers (see important note below). Grocery deliveries and meal kits can be delivered into refrigerated lockers in the package room. Some packages delivered by USPS will be kept in mailboxes. Make sure to check there if you are having trouble finding your delivery.

While all packages from non-USPS deliveries in theory should be delivered in the package room, in practice that may not be the case. One pro tip for Amazon deliveries is to put clear notes in your delivery instructions or deliver it to the package room building. That will help you make a claim if they lose a delivery.

Deliveries are made based on your name and unit number. Best way to ensure a delivery is made to the package room building:

Tempe, Arizona 85281
If you find your package out of place (not in a package locker or in the oversized package room), please report it to the carrier to help your neighbors. The carriers respond well and generally update their practices based on feedback.
Best delivery time window: 6am-9pm
Please know that Culdesac does not answer the Package Room door between the hours of 9pm-6am.

Package room hours: 24/7. The Leasing Office will be able to assist with package questions and retrievals during our posted business hours of M-F 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and Sat-Sun 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

Ordering a Package to be Delivered to a Locker

  1. You should use standard unit address for delivering a package (i.e. include entire address along with unit number).
  2. If available, you can include delivery notes that the package should be delivered to the Luxer One package room and not to your doorstep.
  3. Carriers that are registered with Luxer One (includes all major carriers) will have access to the package room via their unique code to deliver your package.

Accessing the Package Room and Retrieving a Package

  1. Navigate within the Package Room touchscreens.
  2. Select ‘Begin’ on the touchscreen for the lockers.
  3. Enter the 6-digit package code you received in your email inbox (or the Luxer One app) and select ‘Go’.
  4. Sign for the package using the touchscreen.
  5. Go to the locker indicated on the screen. It will be opened automatically. This locker might be one of our many standard size lockers, a cold storage locker, or the storage area for large packages.
  6. Be sure to close the locker door once you retrieve your package.

Sending an Outbound Package

Check out this resource below that explains how to send an outbound package using the Luxer One package system:

Setting Extended Package Pickup

If you are going to be leaving for an extended period of time, it is important to take the necessary steps so your package isn’t removed from the Luxer One system via Return to Sender.

  1. Log in to the resident portal.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the section for My Preferences and set unavailability date range. Note that if the range exceeds 7 days then the site will produce an error message notifying that you cannot set a period for that long.
