Here at Culdesac, we use a company called WhiteSky as our internet provider. You will contact them with all internet issues and let us know if there is an ongoing issue that we should be made aware of.

Some residents have reported trouble getting PlayStation PS5 and other gaming consoles at full speeds, even when hard-wired to the Ethernet port. Here was one resident’s solution, by calling WhiteSky- “have your MAC and IPV4/6 Addresses handy.”

Here are some basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check Wi-Fi is enabled: Ensure your device's Wi-Fi is turned on.
  2. Restart your device: Restart your device to refresh connections.
  3. Check the network: Ensure you're connected to the right Wi-Fi network and entering the correct password.
  4. Move closer to the router: Weak signals may be caused by distance or obstructions.
  5. Update software: Make sure your device's software are up to date.
  6. Forget and reconnect: Forget the network on your device and reconnect by entering the password.
  7. Check for outages: Verify if there is a service outage from your internet provider.
  8. Check for network overload: Too many devices connected to your Wi-Fi may slow it down.
***NOTE: YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE ROUTER TO TURN IT ON OR OFF***
