π¦ Move-In Day Procedures
π Check-In
- Stop by the leasing office during business hours for keys, access fobs, and your move-in inspection form.
- Please bring a valid photo ID to verify your identity.
π Moving Guidelines
- Use designated loading zones only. Do not block fire lanes or resident parking.
- Protect doors, walls, and elevators during your move.
- Moves are allowed between [hours], to minimize noise and disruption.
π§Ύ Move-In Inspection
- Complete your move-in condition form within 24 hours of moving in.
- Note any existing wear or maintenance issues to avoid being charged at move-out.
π’ Community Guidelines
π ΏοΈ Parking
- Coordinate with the Leasing Office if you need a long-term parking solution for your personal vehicle.
- Visitor Parking is the best place to park moving vehicles. Please ensure that any overnight vehicle is paid for in the Air Garage app, signs are in multiple locations in the parking lot.
ποΈ Trash & Recycling
- Dispose of household trash in the trash/recycle bins in your pod.
- Bulk "moving trash" will need to go in the compactors that are located in the Visitor Parking Lot.
- Please break down boxes and avoid leaving items outside receptacles.
πΆ Pets
- All pets must be registered with the leasing office.
- If your pet is an ESA, we will need all current documentation prior to move-in
- Clean up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly.
- Keep pets leashed in common areas.
π Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM β 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Routine Maintenance Requests
Submit requests through the Resident Portal app or call 480-210-6004 and speak to an agent in the office.
Emergencies
Call the 24-hour emergency maintenance line at 480-210-6004 for:
- No power, heat, or water
- Flooding or major leaks
- Broken door locks or unsafe conditions
If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911.

- Mailboxes are located
- 2005 E Apache Bldg (2005, 2011, 2016, 2020, 2026 buildings)
- 2050 E Wildermuth Bldg (2030, 2036, 2040, 2050, 2060 buildings)
- Packages are delivered to the Luxer ONE package rooom, located in the 2005 E Apache building.
- Please retrieve mail and deliveries promptly.
